The parcel, located at 1565 Cavitt Drive, changed hands for approximately $21.742 million late last year, as indicated by real estate listings and tax histories from platforms such as Redfin.
Features of the Folsom Care Complex
Sutter Health outlines that the Folsom Care Complex will include a state-of-the-art Advanced Cancer Center, equipped for both infusion and radiation therapy. Additionally, the facility will feature a same-day outpatient surgery center and expanded primary and urgent care services. This new campus aims to attract more medical specialists to the area, significantly reducing the need for patients to travel to Sacramento or Roseville for necessary treatments.
