UPDATE: A condominium in Milpitas, California, has just sold for $645,000, making it the most affordable property transaction in the area for the week of September 8. This comes amidst a competitive real estate market where the average home price soared to $1.5 million.

In total, 12 home sales were recorded during this period, with the average price per square foot hitting $986. The latest data highlights a stark contrast in pricing, with properties selling anywhere from $10 to $10 million.

The top ten list below showcases the most significant sales, emphasizing the ongoing demand for homes in the region:

10. $2.1 million – A single-family home located in the 1500 block of Sonoma Drive sold for $2,125,000 with a living space of 1,737 square feet. The sale was finalized in August, reflecting a price per square foot of $1,223.

9. $1.8 million – Another single-family residence in the 1300 block of Elkwood Drive fetched $1,830,000. Built in 1991, this home spans 1,705 square feet and sold for $1,073 per square foot.

8. $1.8 million – A detached house on Columbus Circle also sold for $1,800,000. This property, which has a living area of 2,112 square feet, was constructed in 1970 and features a price per square foot of $852.

7. $1.6 million – The single-family home on Prada Drive was sold for $1,550,000. With a size of 1,416 square feet, it came in at $1,095 per square foot.

6. $1.3 million – A condominium in the 1200 block of Milkweed Street was purchased for $1,320,000, with a living area of 1,832 square feet. The price per square foot was $721.

5. $1.2 million – Another condominium on Merry Loop sold for $1,225,000. Built in 2019, it offers 1,622 square feet and a price per square foot of $755.

4. $1.1 million – A property in the 600 block of Barcelona Loop changed hands for $1,090,000. This condominium includes 1,643 square feet and sold at $663 per square foot.

3. $918,000 – A condominium in the 1000 block of California Circle was sold for $918,000. With 1,236 square feet, this property had a price per square foot of $743.

2. $870,000 – On South Abel Street, another condominium sold for $870,000. This 1,309-square-foot unit struck a good deal at $665 per square foot.

1. $645,000 – Finally, the most affordable sale was the condominium on South Abel Street, finalized in September. Built in 2007, it offers 1,259 square feet at a price per square foot of $512.
