The suspect, identified as Chayleang Tiang, a 42-year-old resident of Paris, Kentucky, was apprehended at a rest stop in northern Indiana following a coordinated effort between law enforcement agencies.
The incident began when the Ionia County Sheriff’s Department in Michigan informed ISP about a 14-year-old who had been taken by Tiang.
