URGENT UPDATE: In a significant trend for homebuyers, Burlington County’s real estate market has seen notable sales below the $300,000 threshold from November 3 to November 9, 2023. Here’s a breakdown of the top ten properties that sold during this week, reflecting opportunities for buyers seeking affordable housing options.

Among the highlights, a condominium at 22 Palmer Square was sold for $290,000, which amounts to $216 per square foot. This property, constructed in 2000, spans 1,344 square feet and finalized its sale on October 20.

Another notable sale is a detached house located at 13 Vincentown Pemberton Road, also selling for $290,000. Built in 1956, this home offers 857 square feet of living space and sits on an 8,298 square-foot lot, with the transaction completed on the same date as the previous listing.

A single-family house at 310 Garden Street changed ownership for $286,000 on October 17. This property, constructed in 1910, features a generous 1,547 square feet of living area, translating to $185 per square foot.

Further down the list, 203 Arrabella Ave. saw a sale price of $285,695, which is $194 per square foot. This residence, built in 1975, boasts 1,472 square feet of living space and a substantial 9,997 square-foot lot, finalized on October 16.

A home at 308 W. Second Street was sold for $277,500, or $248 per square foot. This property, constructed in 1965 and spanning 1,120 square feet, completed its sale on October 20.

In addition, a single-family house at 68 Whitebirch Court was sold for $270,000, representing $191 per square foot. This home, built in 1979, offers 1,412 square feet and finalized the deal on October 16.

The list continues with a detached house at 305 Garden Street, which sold for $255,000 ($117 per square foot), built in 1850. It spans 2,186 square feet and sold on October 17.

Another property at 269 Rosebay Court was sold for $244,900, equivalent to $222 per square foot, covering 1,104 square feet and finalized on October 21.

Finally, a single-family residence located at 217 E. Fourth Street sold for $240,000, translating to $200 per square foot, with a total living area of 1,200 square feet, finalized on October 20.

These transactions highlight a growing opportunity for homebuyers in Burlington County, offering spacious living options at competitive prices. The listings demonstrate significant activity in the market, making it an ideal time for prospective buyers to engage with local real estate.
