1. A condominium at 9506 Ventnor Ave. was sold for $500,000 ($667 per square foot). This 750-square-foot unit, constructed in 1963, finalized its sale on August 18.

2. Another significant sale was a detached house at 3180 Nesco Road, which sold for $450,000 on August 18. Built in 1968, this property offers ample space for families.

3. At 516 Fourth Ave., a single-family home built in 2002 changed ownership for $450,000 ($240 per square foot). This spacious residence spans 1,874 square feet and sits on a 4.9-acre lot, with the sale completed on August 18.

4. The property at 668 Cypress Point Drive sold for $435,000 ($221 per square foot). This 1,965 square-foot home, built in 2003, offers a great living space and was finalized on August 21.

5. A single-family house at 400 Berkshire Drive was sold for $425,000, measuring 1,576 square feet and completing its sale on August 21.

6. Located at 50 Lewis Drive, a residence sold for $419,900 ($177 per square foot). This 2,372 square-foot home, built in 2005, finalized its deal on August 18.

7. A detached house at 3025 Elwood Road sold for $408,000 ($283 per square foot) on August 19. Built in 1975, it offers a comfortable 1,440 square feet of living area.

8. The property at 47 Chapman Blvd. changed hands for $395,000 ($310 per square foot) on August 19. This home, constructed in 1981, features 1,276 square feet.

9. A quaint single-family home at 614 W. Vernon Ave. was sold for $375,000. Built in 1917, this property spans 936 square feet and finalized on August 21.

10. Finally, a condominium at 4500 W. Brigantine Ave. sold for $370,000 ($410 per square foot), completing its transaction on August 21.
