UPDATE: Spark Workshops is set to ignite creativity with the launch of its Flame Working: Message in a Bottle class on January 21, 2026. This exciting one-hour session is perfect for participants aged 10 and above and is priced at just $65 per item.
This unique workshop, running from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, offers attendees the chance to experience the joy of working with glass in a vibrant and engaging environment. Participants will select their colors and manipulate glass to create stunning, one-of-a-kind treasures. With class prices ranging from $60 to $95 and durations between 30 to 90 minutes, there’s something for everyone eager to explore their artistic side.
Each session is designed to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants. Attendees must complete a Risk and Release form prior to class. This form can be found on the workshop’s FAQ page, with options to bring a completed version or fill one out on-site during check-in.
At Spark Workshops, experienced instructors from SiNaCa Studios will guide participants through two distinct forms of glass art: flame working and kiln forming. In flame working, artists will use colored and clear glass rods in front of a gas-fueled torch, melting and shaping their creations with tools and gravity.
In the kiln forming studio, participants will cut and layer sheet glass with various materials before firing their designs in an electric kiln for a 12-hour cycle. With a focus on both creativity and safety, Spark Workshops is committed to providing a memorable experience for everyone involved.
