UPDATE: A stunning single-family residence in Los Gatos has just sold for $2,565,000, marking a significant event in the local real estate market. The property, located at 104 Oakpark Drive, was finalized on August 7, 2025, showcasing a price per square foot of $1,321.

This 1,941-square-foot home, built in 1957, features an expansive layout with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Notable highlights include a cozy fireplace, heating and cooling systems, and a parking space for one vehicle. The property sits on a generous 6,695-square-foot lot, providing ample outdoor space for future homeowners.

The sale reflects a growing trend in the Los Gatos area, where home prices continue to surge. Nearby, a 1,232-square-foot residence on the 200 block of Highland Oaks Drive sold for $1,898,000 in April 2025, achieving a remarkable price per square foot of $1,541. Another similar home on the same street sold for $1,600,000 in July 2024.

In a related development, a 1,694-square-foot property on Oakmont Way also garnered attention, selling for $2,390,000 last year, with a price per square foot of $1,411.
