10. $480,000 – A charming single-family home at 761 Rahway Ave. sold for $480,000. This residence, built in 1926, spans 1,360 square feet with a price per square foot of $353. The deal was finalized on October 7.

9. $495,000 – The detached house at 765 Cleveland Ave. #767 sold for $495,000. This 1,586-square-foot home was built in 1927, with a price per square foot of $312, closing on October 15.

8. $550,000 – Located at 178-180 Third Street, this single-family house was sold for $550,000. The deal was finalized on October 10.

7. $550,000 – A single-family home at 423 Cherry Street in Roselle Park was sold for $550,000, built in 1925, with a living area of 1,668 square feet and a price per square foot of $330, finalized on October 14.

6. $560,000 – The property at 115 Hollywood Ave. in Hillside fetched $560,000. Built in 1944, this home covers 1,210 square feet, closing on October 14.

5. $565,000 – A sale was completed for a single-family home at 154 W. Clay Ave. in Roselle Park, which sold for $565,000. This residence, built in 1938, boasts 1,846 square feet, finalizing on October 2.

4. $575,000 – The home at 608 Faitoute Ave. in Roselle Park sold for $575,000. This house, constructed in 1958, has a living area of 1,814 square feet and was finalized on October 7.

3. $610,000 – A single-family home at 22 Atlantic Street in Elizabeth sold for $610,000. This 1,106-square-foot property, built in 1900, closed on October 16.

2. $690,000 – The detached house at 1296 Bright Street in Hillside sold for $690,000. This 1,496-square-foot home, built in 1924, finalized on October 15.
