Cher’s Son Elijah Blue Allman Arrested Again for Burglary

URGENT UPDATE: Cher’s son, Elijah Blue Allman, has been arrested again, this time for felony burglary in Windham, New Hampshire. The incident occurred on Sunday, October 29, 2023, just two days after his first arrest for assault.

According to reports from TMZ, Allman allegedly broke into a home, prompting a female resident to hide in a closet out of fear. Authorities arrived at the scene to find Allman casually sitting on the living room couch, smoking a cigarette. He was taken into custody without incident, despite no valuables appearing to be missing from the residence.

However, the damage was significant, with estimates suggesting $1,700 worth of destruction to the door and an additional $1,000 damage to a rug, which was ruined when Allman dropped a lit cigarette on it.

Earlier on Friday, October 27, Allman was released without bail after being charged with two counts of simple assault, along with charges of criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct. The Concord Police Department reported that officers responded to St. Paul’s School where Allman was allegedly causing a disturbance in the dining hall. It remains unclear why he was at the school, as he has no known association with it.

This series of arrests follows a tumultuous period for Allman, who faced a conservatorship filing by his mother, Cher, in December 2023. She cited concerns over his ability to manage financial resources due to severe mental health and substance abuse issues. However, the conservatorship case was dropped by Cher at the end of 2024.

The situation is developing, and the impact on Allman’s life and career remains to be seen. As these incidents unfold, many are left questioning the support systems in place for individuals facing similar struggles.
