UPDATE: Arc Beverly has officially launched its luxurious coworking office and social club at 9800 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, offering an exclusive blend of work and entertainment. Opened today, this expansive facility features 65,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor spaces designed for collaboration and social interaction.
This new hotspot is set to redefine the coworking experience with private suites, rooftop terraces, and a chef-driven dining program. The club is managed by Good City Studio, led by co-founders David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter, who have previously developed renowned lifestyle brands, including Equinox Hotels and Ballers.
Gutstadt emphasizes that Arc Beverly is “a workspace-focused club,” catering to a diverse community of business leaders, social media influencers, and startups. “This project is unique compared to other serviced workspaces because it has full-service hospitality,” he stated.
The club has undergone significant renovations, transitioning ownership from Spring Place, and continues to evolve to meet member needs, including the addition of a podcast studio for a tech company. Notably, the culinary program is spearheaded by Victor Totoris, who integrates his Argentine background into a seasonal menu featuring local ingredients. Members can dine on dishes like chicken milanesa sandwiches and skirt steak with chimichurri, available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Arc Beverly is also poised to host major Los Angeles events, having already become a sought-after venue for occasions like the NBA All-Star Weekend and the Oscars. The club is fully equipped to accommodate intimate dinners, film screenings, and even rooftop yoga classes for up to 150 people.
Looking ahead, the facility is strategically positioned for significant events in the coming years, including the 2026 World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and 2028 Olympic Games, as well as the development of the adjacent One Beverly Hills project.
To ensure a seamless experience, Florence Granteral has been appointed as vice president of club experience and operations, bringing her extensive background in LA’s membership club scene. Granteral describes Arc Beverly as a “business incubator” and a venue for brand acceleration.
Memberships are available at four tiers, starting at $300 per month, granting access to the restaurant, bar, coworking spaces, and exclusive events. The highest tier includes 24/7 access to the building, with all members enjoying reciprocal privileges at partner clubs worldwide.
With a significant uptick in interest following the closure of other premium coworking spaces in LA, Arc Beverly is witnessing a 50% spike in inquiries. “Over the next 12 months, our mission is to build a place where people can work, network, and recharge,” stated Potter.
As Arc Beverly opens its doors today, it not only fills a gap in the market but also sets a new standard for what a coworking space can offer. This is a developing story—stay tuned for more updates as we learn about upcoming events and exclusive offerings.
