ABI Research Unveils Leadership Changes for Growth Strategy

ABI Research has announced significant leadership updates aimed at bolstering its growth strategy and enhancing its research capabilities. These changes are designed to provide clients with actionable technology intelligence, enabling them to navigate market complexities and seize opportunities effectively.

As the firm broadens its research coverage and product offerings, these appointments reflect a strategic alignment of responsibilities to better serve client needs. Leadership Appointments and Responsibilities

Stuart Carlaw has been appointed President and Managing Director. Previously the Chief Research Officer, Carlaw has played a crucial role in expanding ABI Research’s global footprint. In his new position, he will focus on integrating research, product development, and commercial execution to support the firm’s long-term growth initiatives.

Malik Saadi has taken on the role of Chief Research Officer, where he will oversee the company’s global research agenda. His responsibilities include ensuring the depth and market relevance of research while aligning with client priorities across all sectors. Saadi’s leadership has been instrumental in enhancing the firm’s research portfolio and establishing its reputation for reliable, data-driven insights.

Dominic Bonte has been elevated to Vice President, Product and Client. He will lead the evolution of ABI Research’s product offerings, aiming to improve the overall client experience. Bonte has successfully transformed market intelligence into scalable products that cater to enterprise and strategic clients.

In addition, Michela Menting has been promoted to Vice President, People and Processes. She will focus on organizational development and operational alignment, fostering internal processes that support sustainable growth within the research division. Menting has been pivotal in enhancing cross-functional coordination, which is essential for the company’s expansion.

Jake Saunders is now the Vice President of Core Forecasting, overseeing the firm’s forecasting methodologies and quantitative models. His role is crucial for ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strategic relevance in market outlooks. Saunders has been foundational in developing ABI Research’s forecasting frameworks, which are increasingly applied across emerging technology sectors.

Dan Shey has been appointed Vice President of Consulting, where he will lead the firm’s consulting practice. His expertise in delivering tailored market intelligence will support strategic decision-making for clients, further enhancing the firm’s consulting capabilities.
