Greeley Hosts Exciting Events from August 23-28

The city of Greeley, Colorado, is set to host a vibrant lineup of events from August 23 to August 28, 2023. This week promises a variety of activities that cater to fitness enthusiasts, families, and fans of arts and entertainment.

High-Energy Fitness and Family Fun

Kicking off the weekend on August 26, the **Buti on a Bike** class will take place at **11:30 a.m.** at **Balanced Movement**, located at **1535 8th Ave.** This unique fitness session blends the high-energy atmosphere of indoor cycling with the fluid movements of Buti yoga. Participation requires a fee of **$40** and can be booked through Eventbrite.

Later that day, **Monster Day** will unfold in downtown Greeley, starting at **noon** at **802 8th St.** This family-friendly event will feature costumed monsters roaming the plazas, along with professional makeup demonstrations, food vendors, and various activities for children. On Sunday, August 27, the **Amazing Duck Race and Kid’s Fest** will take place at **11 a.m.** at **Discovery Bay Waterpark**, located at **715 E. 24th St.** This event aims to raise funds for the sports program scholarship fund for underprivileged children in Greeley.

As the day winds down, trivia enthusiasts can gather for the **Geeks Who Drink Pub Quiz** at **7 p.m.** in **The Tavern at St. Michael’s Square**, located at **2918 67th Ave.** This free event encourages participants to test their knowledge and enjoy a fun evening of trivia.

Finally, the week concludes with an engaging **Bingo** night hosted by the **Knights of Columbus** at **6:45 p.m.** at the **Greeley-Evans Moose Lodge**, located at **3456 11th Ave.** This event supports several local charities, with doors opening at **5 p.m.** and a snack bar available.

On Thursday night, trivia fans can head to **High Brau Taphouse** for a trivia night starting at **6:30 p.m.**, followed by the **Stella’s Underground Comedy Showcase** at **8 p.m.** at **Stella’s Pinball Arcade & Lounge**.
