Despite a late rally from Grosse Pointe North, who closed the gap with a 20-8 run, Fraser maintained control to secure the eight-point victory. Senior forward Brynn Norbeck led the Ramblers with 15 points, while freshmen center Nylah Bell and junior guard Isabella Gjinaj each contributed seven points.
In another matchup, L’Anse Creuse edged past Utica with a score of 42-37. The Lancers were propelled by Allison Tuladziecki, who registered 15 points, seven steals, and six rebounds. Center Line dominated Eastpointe with a commanding 71-16 score. Janiyah Thomas led the Panthers with a remarkable all-around performance, contributing 25 points, nine rebounds, and nine steals.
In a challenging game, Imlay City overcame Croswell-Lexington with a score of 54-46, keeping their title aspirations alive. Alexis Bruyere was the standout player, finishing with a game-high 29 points and eight steals.
