Grace House Hosts Annual Toy Giveaway for Local Children

Grace House, a nonprofit organization in St. Joseph, Missouri, is dedicated to brightening the holiday season for local children by hosting a toy giveaway on December 13, 2023. The event is designed for children aged up to 12 years old and aims to provide them with a festive experience.

Grace House Director Ruth Costello expressed her commitment to the community, saying, “Our motto is ‘It’s free for a smile’. The joy of watching the kids and the parents who may struggle to afford gifts remains my passion for giving.”

During the event, each child will receive one free wrapped new toy, along with a snack bag. Additionally, a balloon artist will be on hand to create fun balloon sculptures, adding to the festive atmosphere. This annual event exemplifies Grace House’s mission to support families in need and spread holiday cheer.
