Passions and Memories

In addition to his community activities, Russell had a passion for the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and gardening, often spending time working in his yard. The couple also embraced the snowbird lifestyle, traveling to Texas, Arizona, and Florida for many years, creating cherished memories in warmer climates.

Family was Russell’s greatest treasure, with special emphasis placed on the time spent with his grandchildren. His legacy is one of love, dedication, and a strong sense of family values.

Farewell services are scheduled for 10:00 on October 4, 2025, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
