She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1987 from Christopher Newport College and later pursued a Master’s in Pastoral Studies from Loyola University New Orleans. In addition to her educational pursuits, Louise was deeply involved in her community. She volunteered her time by taking communion to shut-ins and reading to the blind, showcasing her compassionate spirit. Friends and family remember her as a person who always sought to uplift others.
