Creatine is a naturally occurring compound found in muscle and brain tissues. Welbourn’s influence extends far beyond the football field. He has conducted seminars worldwide, impacting tens of thousands of athletes across multiple sports. His work with the U.S. Military has involved training Navy SEALs and the Army’s 18th Airborne Corps, implementing performance-enhancing systems for a large number of soldiers.

Through the Power Athlete Coaches Network, Welbourn guides over 5,000 athletes daily, supporting their training and development. He has also hosted the Power Athlete Radio podcast since 2013, engaging in discussions with influential figures from various fields to optimize athletic performance.

In addition to his professional achievements, Welbourn is committed to philanthropy. He co-founded Wade’s Army, a charitable organization dedicated to fighting neuroblastoma and pediatric cancer. The initiative has raised over $1 million, funding critical research and supporting families in need.

Outside of his professional and philanthropic endeavors, Welbourn enjoys a range of hobbies, including welding, hunting, and practicing Jiu-Jitsu, where he trains elite athletes in the sport. Residing in Austin, Texas, with his family, he continues to balance his roles as a coach, mentor, and father.

Creatine stands out as a versatile supplement for both seasoned athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts. Its proven benefits in enhancing strength and recovery make it a valuable addition to any training regimen.
