Harsch, a former long-time resident of Aston, Pennsylvania, was remembered for his contributions as a lab technician at the Sun Oil Refinery and the Chester Water Authority.
Harsch was known not only for his professional achievements but also for his vibrant personality. A dedicated fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and the Eagles, he found joy in sharing his enthusiasm for sports with friends and family. His love for the outdoors was evident in his daily adventures with his cherished rescue dog, Morrison.

Harsch is survived by his wife, Pam Passick, who affectionately described him as “grouchy,” yet loving. He also leaves behind his son, Christopher Harsch, and an understanding first wife, Carla Harsch.
