The Boston Lyric Opera (BLO) has officially commenced renovations on its new facility, the Opera + Community Studios, located within the Midway Artist Studios in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood. This ambitious project aims to create a vibrant 16,000-square-foot space designed to foster artistic collaboration among local artists and community members.
In a statement, Bradley Vernatter, the General Director and CEO of the Boston Lyric Opera, emphasized the significance of the new venue.
