The ABAC Tribute Series will feature the renowned tribute band A1A, celebrating the music of the legendary Jimmy Buffett, at Howard Auditorium in Tifton on October 21, 2025. The performance is set to begin at 19:00, with doors opening at 18:30, offering an evening filled with the lively energy and melodic charm associated with Buffett’s music.

Founded in 1992, A1A has established itself as the foremost and longest-running tribute show dedicated to Jimmy Buffett. The band boasts a history of performing for numerous high-profile clients and has garnered a loyal following among fans, known as Parrot Heads. According to ABAC, the group’s founder, Jeff Pike, along with his talented band members, has played a pivotal role in preserving Buffett’s legacy through their engaging performances.

Wayne Jones, director of Arts Connection, expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming concert. “This fabulous group out of Atlanta is the only Jimmy Buffett tribute band ever endorsed by Jimmy Buffett himself,” he stated. The band’s unique connection to Buffett is further highlighted by their history of performing alongside him, either as guests or as part of his band on various occasions.

A1A’s concerts are known for attracting Parrot Heads and fans from across the country, making this event a must-see for anyone who appreciates Buffett’s distinctive blend of music and lifestyle. The ABAC Tribute Series aims to showcase original artists and tribute bands that honor some of the greatest performers across genres including rock, soul, country, and rhythm and blues.
