Exeter Township School District marked the beginning of the school year on August 21, 2023. Fifth graders, including Wyatt O’Brien, Rowan Schildt, and Kenneth Zuber, were among the first to step through the doors at Reiffton School, excited for their first day. The atmosphere was filled with anticipation as students greeted friends and teachers, ready to embark on a new academic journey.

On the same day, juniors Karina Adamczyk, Michael Stine, and Tyler Zeh also joined their classmates in Exeter, contributing to the vibrant energy that filled the school.

Daniel Boone School District Welcomes Students Back

Following Exeter’s lead, Daniel Boone School District welcomed its students back on August 25, 2023. The excitement was palpable as students filled the campuses, reuniting with friends and meeting new teachers. Photographs captured the joy of students arriving, with bright buses parked outside the schools, marking the beginning of another school year.

The first day back at Daniel Boone was a resounding success, as students posed for photos and shared in the collective enthusiasm of a fresh start. The administration expressed their commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment, ensuring that students are equipped for a successful year ahead.

As the new academic year unfolds, both districts aim to provide enriching experiences for their students, focusing on educational development and personal growth. The return to school signifies not merely the start of classes but also the continuation of community engagement and the pursuit of knowledge for all students in Berks County.
