Several students from the local area have achieved academic excellence by being named to the Dean’s Lists at various universities for the fall semester of 2025. This recognition highlights the hard work and dedication of these students, who have distinguished themselves in their respective fields.
University of Rhode Island Recognizes Local Achievers
The University of Rhode Island has announced its fall 2025 Dean’s List, featuring several local students. Notable names include Isabella Santos of Fitchburg, Raul Fithian and Abby Goodchild from Ashburnham, as well as Caitlyn Florio and Katrina Wittner of Ashby. Additionally, students from Leominster, Lunenburg, Shirley, Townsend, Westminster, and Lancaster also made the list, showcasing a broad representation of academic talent from the region.

The College of William & Mary in Virginia has also recognized local students for their academic achievements. Madison Powell from Sterling and Madi O’Brien from Westminster have both been honored on the Dean’s List for the fall semester.
