Warwick Investment Management Reduces Stake in Dimensional ETF by 2.1%

Warwick Investment Management Inc. has decreased its holdings in the Dimensional U.S. Core Equity 2 ETF (NYSEARCA: DFAC) by 2.1% during the third quarter of 2023. According to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the firm now owns 2,444,177 shares after selling 52,628 shares during this period. This particular ETF constitutes 16.4% of Warwick’s investment portfolio, making it the firm’s second-largest holding.

As of the latest SEC filing, Warwick Investment Management Inc. holds 0.25% of the Dimensional U.S. Core Equity 2 ETF, which is valued at approximately $94.27 million. The decrease in shares is part of a broader trend in which several other institutional investors have also adjusted their stakes in the ETF.

In the second quarter, Traub Capital Management LLC acquired a new stake in the Dimensional U.S. Core Equity 2 ETF, valued at about $25,000. Similarly, the Trust Co. of Vermont purchased a new stake during the third quarter, valued at approximately $29,000. BankPlus Trust Department and Copia Wealth Management also made new investments in the ETF, valued at around $30,000 and $79,000, respectively. Notably, JNBA Financial Advisors increased its stake by an impressive 276.3% in the second quarter, now owning 2,363 shares valued at approximately $85,000 after acquiring an additional 1,735 shares.

The fund boasts a market capitalization of $41.34 billion, a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 20.75, and a beta of 1.00, indicating that its stock price moves in line with the market.
