Madison County Real Estate Sees Seven Home Sales from Nov. 8-14

During the week of November 8 to November 14, Madison County reported a total of seven home transactions. The real estate activity reflects a diverse range of properties sold across the region, showcasing both single-family homes and various price points.

The most notable sale was a spacious home located on Quarry Road in Sullivan, which spans 2,766 square feet and sold for $360,000. This property exemplifies the median sale price for the area, indicating a robust market activity during this period.

Among the transactions, Hamilton Benjamin Spuller purchased a 1,365-square-foot home at 85 Eaton St. for $225,000, translating to about $165 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, appealing to families seeking comfortable living spaces.

In another significant deal, James M. Balsan and Evagelia Vbalsan sold their home at 1708 Bonney Road for $382,000. This well-maintained 1,636-square-foot residence also includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, priced at approximately $233 per square foot.

The market also saw Lenox Marc Collins acquire a more modest property at 7664 N. Court St. for just $60,000. This home offers three bedrooms and one bathroom, appealing to first-time buyers or those looking for an investment opportunity.

Another noteworthy sale involved Ramona Mizgala, who purchased a larger home at 244 Gladwell Ave. for $200,000. Spanning 2,088 square feet, this property features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with a cost of around $96 per square foot.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Digiorgio and John Elberson acquired a home on 624 Deerfield Drive, selling for $412,000. This residence encompasses 2,676 square feet and boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms, marking a price of roughly $154 per square foot.

Additionally, Nancy Osborn sold her property at 148 Harbour Town for $550,000. The 1,741-square-foot home includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a notable price of $316 per square foot.

Lastly, Joshua Woodruff sold another property on 6152 Quarry Road for $360,000, similar to the median sale. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home spans 2,766 square feet, priced at approximately $130 per square foot.

Overall, the week of November 8 to November 14 reflects a diverse and active real estate market in Madison County. As homebuyers continue to explore various options, these transactions highlight the range of properties available, catering to different needs and budgets.
