HappyFunCorp Elevates Three Leaders to Drive Growth and Innovation

HappyFunCorp celebrates three senior leadership promotions, including Jonathan Zaleski as vice president of Technical Architecture, Ravi Asnani as managing director of Engineering and Milos Roganovic as managing director of Design.

HappyFunCorp, a New York-based product development consultancy, has announced the promotion of three senior leaders to enhance its strategic direction and support upcoming growth initiatives. Effective September 16, 2025, Jonathan Zaleski has been appointed vice president of Technical Architecture, while Ravi Asnani and Milos Roganovic step up to managing director roles in Engineering and Design, respectively.

According to Holly Zappa, CEO of HappyFunCorp, these promotions are not only a recognition of the individuals’ contributions but also a strategic investment in the company’s future. “By elevating Jonathan, Ravi, and Milos into these critical leadership roles, we’re strengthening the very core of how we design, build, and deliver sophisticated product development solutions for our customers,” Zappa stated. Each leader brings significant experience and a proven track record of innovation that will enhance the company’s ability to deliver seamless and reliable solutions.

Leadership Expertise and Responsibilities

With over 20 years of experience, Jonathan Zaleski will now oversee the technical innovation and strategic AI offerings at HappyFunCorp. He has a diverse background that spans startups, Fortune 500 companies, and research and development teams. His expertise in architecting high-performing, scalable systems will be crucial as he focuses on aligning technical solutions with long-term business objectives.

Ravi Asnani, with more than 15 years of deep technical expertise, will lead the Engineering division. His extensive experience includes work on software engineering projects across various industries, from e-commerce to organ transplant logistics. In his new role, Asnani will prioritize technical excellence through mentorship and optimization of best practices, helping to foster client partnerships and embedded teams.

Milos Roganovic brings a wealth of experience in product design and strategy to his position as managing director of Design. With over 15 years in the field, he has a keen ability to translate complex problems into functional design systems. Roganovic will now focus on leading HappyFunCorp’s AI product design offerings while also driving team development and maintaining design excellence.

Strategic Vision for Growth

The expanded leadership team at HappyFunCorp aims to not only keep pace with industry demands but also shape the future of product development. Zappa emphasized that the collective expertise of Zaleski, Asnani, Roganovic, and Karl Hadley, who oversees multidisciplinary teams, positions the company well for future growth and innovation. “Our leadership team ensures we’re not only keeping pace but also driving the next chapter of what it means to build product excellence,” she added.

Founded in 2010 and owned by Tiny, a technology holding company, HappyFunCorp partners with both startups and Fortune 500 companies across sectors including retail, fintech, healthcare, and media. The consultancy focuses on modernizing outdated systems and re-platforming legacy architectures, thereby reducing inefficiencies and enhancing long-term stability.
