Residents of Ombelle will enjoy exclusive benefits, including a “founding membership” that provides a complimentary one-year membership, granting them unlimited access to classes, on-demand training, and health advisory services. The new club will also include a full-service spa, personalized coaching through the EQX OS platform and Health Advisory Board, as well as a juice bar, adding to the holistic wellness experience.
Ombelle Fort Lauderdale is a major development consisting of two towers, each rising 43 stories and containing a total of 775 condominiums. Designed by ODA, the project will provide over 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and more than 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Residences will range from 465-square-foot studios to expansive three-bedroom layouts exceeding 1,400 square feet, with penthouses available up to 2,600 square feet. Prices for homes will start in the $400,000s and will include features such as smart-building technology, Italian custom-designed kitchens and bathrooms, open-concept layouts, and 10-foot ceilings in main living areas. Fully furnished packages will also be available, and units will be rentable for a minimum of 30 days.
The 10th-floor amenity level, curated by Arch Amenities, promises to be a highlight of the development, offering a landscaped indoor lounge, chef’s kitchen, dining room, coworking suite, library, music room, creative arts studio, and game lounge. The South Tower will include an additional fitness center, a wellness lounge with an outdoor Zen garden, a children’s playroom, and resort-style pools and cabanas.
“The opening of Equinox in Fort Lauderdale highlights the strong demand for high-performance luxury offerings in South Florida,” said Jeff Weinhaus, executive vice president of development at Equinox. He expressed excitement about the partnership with Ombelle, emphasizing that the location presents a unique opportunity to expand the Equinox portfolio in a region known for its luxury lifestyle.
Construction on Ombelle is set to commence in the fourth quarter of 2025, with completion anticipated in 2028. The project will be marketed and sold exclusively by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, reflecting a strategic move to attract a discerning clientele drawn to the luxurious amenities and lifestyle offerings that Ombelle promises to deliver.
